Please call or email to request an RMA Number before returning any items.

Returns are accepted at our discretion. All returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of goods.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges.
A 15% Retsocking Fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. 


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on your cart total. If actual shipping costs are less, we will charge the lower amount. If shipping is over $7 more than your estimate, we will call you for your approval.
FedEx is our preferred Shipping Partner.

Damaged Products

If your order is broken or damaged in shipping, contact Choice Acrylic Displays within 5 days of receipt. 
Please retain all packing materials. Damaged item must be available for inspection by the carrier.
So that we may file a claim, please take a digital picture of the damaged box and contents.
 

Custom Products

Custom items and imprinted products are not returnable.
